Hoist ROC-IT RS-2102 Biceps Curl

Product Overview

The HOIST RS-2102 Biceps Curl applies ROX™ technology to the classic curl movement — the rocking seat forward lean increases the bicep stretch at full extension, then returns to optimal alignment during the curl peak contraction. The self-aligning handles adjust automatically to user arm lengths and the forward torso position engages core stabilization muscles as a secondary benefit of every set.
