The HOIST RPL-5201 Lat Pulldown combines ROC-IT articulating seat technology with a plate-loaded converging pulldown path that mimics the natural diagonal arc of a lat pull. The seat rocks forward during the eccentric phase to deliver a deep lat stretch, then returns during the concentric phase to maintain optimal torso angle and spinal alignment. Olympic plate loading eliminates the resistance ceiling of selectorized stacks.
