STRENGTH
SOCIETY
A purpose-built strength and conditioning facility — sprint turf, power racks, plate-loaded equipment, and sled training — designed for athletes who take performance training seriously.
01 — The Facility
Built for Athletes.
Built for Performance.
Kilo Strength Society is not a conventional gym. It is a performance training facility purpose-built for strength and conditioning — where every square foot of floor space is allocated to the tools that produce measurable athletic improvement. The Kilo identity is visible the moment you enter: the bold KILO logo spanning the back wall, the sprint turf with measured lane markings, and the equipment density that signals this is a space for people who train with intent.
The facility combines three distinct training environments into a single continuous floor plan: a dedicated strength zone with power racks and plate-loaded systems, a functional training area with sprint turf and sled capacity, and a selectorized machine circuit for accessory work and rehabilitation. The result is a space that serves competitive athletes, strength sport enthusiasts, and everyday members who want training tools that match their ambition.
The Kilo brand runs through the facility — from the wall graphics that spell out the movement vocabulary (Squat, Bench, Overhead Press, Incline) to the clean white and teal Hoist selectorized equipment that creates a visual identity distinct from the standard black-and-chrome gym aesthetic. This is a facility designed to feel like a training destination, not a membership commodity.

02 — Sprint Turf & Functional Floor
Sprint Lanes, Sled Training,
& Functional Movement
A dedicated black sprint turf with measured lane markings runs the length of the Kilo Strength Society floor — providing the surface for sprint work, sled training, and functional movement programming that is physically separate from the strength and machine zones.

Measured Sprint Turf
The black sprint turf at Kilo Strength Society is marked with white lane lines and distance indicators — giving members the ability to run timed sprints, perform agility drills, and execute dynamic warm-up sequences on a surface designed for athletic performance. The turf runs the full length of the facility, providing enough straight-line distance for acceleration work and enough width for lateral movement patterns.
Sled & Tank Training
The functional training area at Kilo includes sleds and tank push equipment — loaded implements that develop lower-body power, core stability, and conditioning capacity. The sprint turf provides the correct surface for sled drags and pushes without damaging the flooring or creating noise issues that would affect the strength zone nearby.
Hoist Selectorized Circuit
A full Hoist selectorized circuit — finished in white and teal, matching the Kilo brand palette — occupies the left side of the training floor, providing the accessory and rehabilitation work that complements the barbell training in the rack zone. The Hoist circuit includes chest press, lat pulldown, shoulder press, leg extension, and the complete machine program for balanced strength development.
03 — Strength Zone
Power Racks, Olympic Barbells,
& Branded Wall Graphics
The Kilo Strength Society strength zone is built around a fleet of power racks — loaded with Olympic barbells and green plates — backed by the KILO branded wall that spells out the fundamental movement vocabulary of strength training.

Power Rack Fleet
Multiple power racks form the backbone of the Kilo strength zone — each loaded with Olympic barbells and plates, giving members the capacity for simultaneous squat, bench, press, and pull sessions. The rack layout is designed for clear sight lines across the strength floor, allowing coaches to supervise multiple athletes and members to work with the confidence of a purpose-built barbell environment.
KILO Branded Wall Graphics
The back wall of the Kilo strength zone is dominated by the KILO logo and a graphic band that lists the fundamental movement vocabulary — Squat, Front, Seated, Overhead Press, Incline, Bench — a visual reminder that the facility is built around the core compound lifts. The branded wall transforms the strength zone from a generic equipment room into an environment that communicates the training philosophy.
Functional Sled & Tank Push
The sled and tank push equipment on the Kilo sprint turf provides loaded conditioning capacity that complements the strength work in the rack zone. Members can drag, push, and pull weighted sleds for conditioning, power development, and finishers — the kind of training that bridges the gap between strength and cardiovascular capacity.

What Opti-Fit Delivered
The Kilo
Training Philosophy
Kilo Strength Society represents a new category of fitness facility — one that is unapologetically built for strength and conditioning. The sprint turf gives members access to athletic movement patterns that most gyms eliminate. The power rack fleet provides the barbell capacity for serious strength development. The branded wall graphics remind every member that the space exists for a specific purpose: to train.
From the initial equipment consultation through the final wall graphic installation, Opti-Fit treated Kilo as a project where identity and training function had to work together. The result is a facility that communicates its purpose before a member touches a single piece of equipment — and delivers on that promise across every training zone.
