Gateway Oaks was conceived as a corporate wellness and fitness center that would serve as the heart of an active workplace culture. The brief called for a facility that balances professional performance demands with accessibility for every employee — from first-time exercisers to dedicated athletes looking for serious training during their workday.
The installation delivers a comprehensive four-zone training program — a dedicated cardio floor with a full commercial lineup, a selectorized strength and free weight zone, a functional training area with turf and sleds, and a dedicated yoga and mobility studio — each designed to serve different training needs while maintaining a unified, clean aesthetic.
The result is a wellness center that elevates the workplace experience — a space where employees can decompress, train, and return to work feeling sharper and more energized.

The Eleiko racks are positioned with full safety clearances and sight-line considerations for both safety and visual flow.

The functional training area features dedicated green turf for sled work, Matrix functional racks with kettlebell storage, and open floor space for dynamic movement.
