CHORUS
A Rooftop Performance Training Campus & Indoor City-View Gym — San Francisco, CA
01 — The Concept
Two Worlds, One
Building — Sky & City
Chorus delivers what almost no residential building in San Francisco has managed to execute: a genuine rooftop performance training campus — not just a handful of dumbbells on a terrace — alongside a full-featured indoor gym with floor-to-ceiling panoramic city views. Two distinct fitness environments, each designed with the same level of intentionality, each serving a different side of the resident fitness experience.
The rooftop campus is built around a completely custom approach to outdoor residential fitness. A CHORUS branded glass-front equipment pod acts as the anchor — a curated, fully stocked functional training storehouse that opens to the turf field like a pop-up performance facility. Octagon functional rigs with CHORUS branded yellow bumper plates, a MoveStrong climbing wall and wall-mounted ramp, Escape Fitness BOX punching bags, and a covered conditioning station equipped with Terra Core balance trainers, medicine balls, step platforms, and battle ropes complete the outdoor program.
Inside, the indoor gym puts the San Francisco skyline to work as a design element — the floor-to-ceiling window wall facing Twin Peaks and the bay turns every workout into something with a view. A complete dumbbell program, barbell racks with branded plates, adjustable benches, and cardio equipment give residents everything they need for a full training session without leaving the building.

02 — Equipment Pod & Conditioning Station
The CHORUS Pod — A
Performance Storehouse
The custom CHORUS glass-front equipment pod is the design centerpiece of the rooftop campus — a purpose-built, climate-ready storage and dispatch unit stocked with co-branded bumper plates, kettlebells, sandbags, wall balls, and functional training accessories, all organized behind a full glass face that keeps the equipment visible and the rooftop looking curated even when not in use.

CHORUS Branded Equipment Pod
The custom glass-front pod is the most distinctive feature of the Chorus rooftop campus. Built with a black powder-coated steel frame and full-height glass panel doors, it opens entirely onto the turf field — functioning as a pop-up performance equipment station when open, and as a curated display case when closed. Every item inside is co-branded with the CHORUS identity: bumper plates stamped in blue, teal, and black; kettle bells with CHORUS markings; sandbags and wall balls in a consistent color system.
Co-Branded Bumper Plate Program
The CHORUS bumper plate fleet is a statement investment in brand identity for the rooftop. Each plate is color-coded by weight following the IWF system — blue 45s, teal 25s, black 10s — with the CHORUS name cast into the face. The golden yellow 35lb plates loaded on the Octagon racks add a visual pop against the black steel uprights and green turf that makes the rooftop read as polished and purposeful even in a wide-angle overview shot.
Covered Conditioning Station
A covered conditioning station under a steel and glass pergola provides a semi-protected training environment on the rooftop campus. Terra Core balance trainers, stacked medicine balls in a full weight range, CO-branded step platforms with green trim, and a battle rope coiled on the ground equip the covered station for HIIT, balance, and conditioning work — protected from direct sunlight and light rain while remaining connected to the outdoor environment.
03 — Octagon Rigs & MoveStrong Wall
Performance Rigs Above
the San Francisco Skyline
Multiple Octagon squat rack frames loaded with CHORUS branded yellow bumper plates anchor the turf field alongside a MoveStrong climbing wall and integrated wall-mounted ramp — creating a rooftop performance rig setup typically found in professional training facilities, not residential amenity spaces.

Octagon Functional Rigs
Multiple Escape Fitness Octagon squat rack frames — each loaded with a co-branded CHORUS barbell and yellow bumper plates — occupy the turf field as a freestanding barbell training zone. The Octagon rig's open cage design with horizontal pull-up bar is ideal for rooftop use: its visual footprint is minimal against the open sky, and its structural versatility supports barbell squatting, pull-ups, ring work, and hanging attachments without the enclosed visual weight of a full power rack. The "Escape Your Limits" text etched into the uprights adds a motivational dimension that is visible at field level.
MoveStrong Climbing Wall & Ramp
The MoveStrong branded climbing wall and integrated curved ramp is the most architecturally bold element of the Chorus rooftop campus — a black steel structure that reads somewhere between a performance training tool and a piece of outdoor sculpture. The wall panel provides climbing peg and obstacle training; the curved ramp provides a sprint and agility training surface. The CHORUS wordmark is branded across the front face of the wall unit, making it the most prominent brand statement on the outdoor campus from any direction.
BOX by Escape Fitness
Punching Bags
Escape Fitness BOX heavy bags — commercial-grade punching bags suspended from the Octagon rig overhead mounting points — bring a boxing and striking training modality to the rooftop campus. The BOX branding in stark white on the black leather body is immediately readable across the rooftop, signaling the breadth of the program at a glance.
Escape Fitness
Tire & Functional Tools
An Escape Fitness soft tire — the padded plyometric and slam training version of the traditional tire tool — sits on the turf field as part of the functional conditioning program. At 20 inches in diameter, it supports tire flips, step-overs, jump-throughs, and seated medicine ball work. Its blue and gray color treatment ties visually to the CHORUS plate color program throughout the rooftop.
Equipment Sourcing
Full Co-Brand Program
The Chorus co-brand program runs deeper than most residential fitness installations: bumper plates, kettlebells, sandbags, and wall balls are all custom-marked with the CHORUS identity. The investment in co-branding communicates a commitment to the fitness program as a core part of the Chorus residential identity — not an afterthought amenity, but a branded experience that reinforces the building's positioning at every interaction point.
04 — Indoor Gym
Floor-to-Ceiling
San Francisco Views
The Chorus indoor gym takes the city itself as its most important design element — floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping three sides of the space deliver unobstructed views of Twin Peaks, the Bay, and the surrounding skyline, making every training session an experience that no standalone gym in San Francisco can replicate.

Strength & Cardio Detail — Branded plates, cardio line, and natural daylight throughout
CHORUS Branded Dumbbell Program
A full co-branded CHORUS dumbbell rack — with rubber hex dumbbells ranging from light toning weights up to heavy training loads — anchors the strength zone of the indoor gym. CHORUS branded free weights are the premium specification choice for a residential building positioning itself at the top end of the San Francisco luxury market: they signal intentionality and investment to residents who understand the difference between a serious fitness program and a cursory amenity build-out.
Barbell Racks & Olympic Program
A barbell rack system with loaded barbells and iron plates provides the indoor gym's Olympic barbell training capacity. Adjustable benches positioned alongside the rack system support bench press, incline press, seated row, and split-stance barbell work. The combination of a full dumbbell rack and a dedicated barbell program gives Chorus residents access to the complete vocabulary of free weight training — an uncommon level of completeness for a residential fitness facility.
Cardio with a View
Cardio equipment — positioned directly in front of the panoramic window wall — takes full advantage of the building's most distinctive amenity: the view. Every cardio session at Chorus faces Twin Peaks and the Bay, with natural light flooding the space during daytime workouts. The cardio program supports the full spectrum of residential fitness needs alongside the rooftop performance campus — residents who want a traditional cardio session have access to it without having to go outdoors.
