Opti-Fit fitness consulting provides a turnkey service beginning with helping you determine what equipment is right for you. We have found over the years that the sheer volume of equipment choices can be a bit overwhelming for many clients. To combat this issue your Opti-Fit representative will work with you to determine the equipment that our experience leads us to believe is right for your and/or your clients. Our Opti-Trials program will allow you to sample the equipment free of charge to determine if it’s the right piece of equipment for you. California School for the Blind
Dear Steve, it is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for you and your company “OptiFit”. This past fall you and your staff transformed a classroom here at the California School for the Blind, into a top notch fitness center.
Specific challenges were imposed due to the fact that some of the students have limited vision and some of the students have no vision at all. Making sure there was a significant contrast between the floor and the equipment was very important to the safety of the students who have some vision. Also the spacing of each piece of equipment was paramount due to the students negotiating the room with their canes.
As an Adapted Physical Education teacher, I can honestly say that your expertise and willingness to go the extra mile for our students made the difference! The students use the equipment five days a week. Many students did not know how to use the rowing machine or the elliptical machines and now they enjoy great workouts. The treadmills and spin bikes are a favorite of the students too.
The “Hoist” brand equipment that you set up for us is easy to use and adjust for students who are visually impaired or blind. All in all, it was a wonderful experience working with you and your staff. The staff and students at the California School for the Blind thank you and would recommend your organization to anyone who is considering purchasing new fitness equipment.
