Every concept Steve has developed transpired from hours of rigorous exercising, followed by an evaluation period where he would assess what was learned and the results of what was performed. It is through this process that Steve was able to develop what he calls the science of exercise.

This Science of Exercise approach to fitness is the process of evaluating what you have learned works best, this knowledge will push your fitness routine to new levels and when continuing to apply the same principles your knowledge base will increase exponentially. This knowledge will build Desire, Passion and a sense of pride in achieving your fitness goals. It is this solution that is the guiding focus of the Opti-Fit process. Beginning with the planning phase, then moving into design, demo, supply, service and support, the science of exercise based approach makes Opti-Fit you premier choice for fitness consulting.

Tom began his carrier in the Fitness Industry over 30 years ago. Graduating from the University of Miami in PE & Business Administration and later earning his masters in Exercise Physiology, Tom combines passion, experience and education to all that he does.

One of Tom’s first accomplishments was working with Arthur Jones to help develop some of the first Nautilus Fitness Centers in the country. From there Tom spent the next decade consulting in the development of hundreds of fitness clubs across the country. He advised on things such as design, construction, equipment and the latest in fitness trends providing a turnkey service for all of his clients.

As the fitness industry grew Tom transitioned into the sale of commercial fitness equipment. Tom was able to travel the world and gain a unique perspective on the fitness industry. He was able to truly understand both the heath club industry as well as the equipment industry and quickly began to see how the two worked together most effectively. Tom applies this unique perspective to helping to service the clients of Opti-Fit. Here he is able to enjoy how the fitness solutions he provides are able to benefit life, function and overall well being of his clients and customers.
