My name is Raymond Jackson. I have bee a Fire Captain for the City Of Vallejo over 10 years. I also serve as the Fire Departments Wellness/Fitness coordinator. Approximately 8 years ago i was introduce to Opti-Fit by another colleague in thye fire service.
