Independent Arm and Handle Movement: Each arm has 250 different pulley settings (25 vertical and 10 horizontal position options). Able to precisely fit more users, with no big distance drops from one position to the next.

Weight Stacks/Cable Ratio: Ideal for one or two users simultaneously, the VX-FT 2 Stack has two- 260 lb. weight stacks. Cable ratio options are 2:1, 4:1, or 6:1. Unprecedented single arm cable travel:

6:1 and 4:1 cable ratios are PERFECT FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY, SKILLED ASSISTED CARE CENTERS, and REHAB FACILITIES requiring small progressive weight increments. Also, PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIOS where SPEED TRAINING techniques based on explosive movement are better performed with these higher cabling ratio cabling options.

 

Dual Swivel Pulleys: Unique offset dual pulley design offers more cable/pulley contact for the ultimate in smooth cable travel and exercise movement directional tracking. The VX-FT dual swivel pulleys offer virtually unlimited range of motion.

 

Body ResiStability:  An exciting and rapidly emerging training methodology! By attaching the cable extension handles to the built-in fixed, swiveling anchor points at the base of the pulley ends, the user can adjust the VX-FT’s arms to perform body weight training against gravity suitable to the user’s ability.
